What this service is

PTCB Ready is a study tool for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam: free practice questions, a free diagnostic simulation with a scored report, reference material, and a paid simulator ($49, one-time) with two additional full-length forms. It is an exam-preparation aid, not professional, medical, or legal advice— clinical decisions belong to licensed professionals and your employer’s policies.

Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. PTCB Ready is an independently operated study service; the operator is reachable through the contact page.

Accounts

Free features work without an account. An account is created when you claim a diagnostic report or make a purchase, keyed to your email, with sign-in by emailed link — there are no passwords. You’re responsible for access to your email inbox; we honor whoever holds the link.

Fair use

• One free diagnostic per person — that limit is what keeps the verdict meaningful.
• Content on this site (questions, explanations, guides, data tables) is ours or licensed to us. Personal study use is the license; scraping, republishing, or reselling the bank is not.
• No automated access that degrades the service for humans.

Purchases, refunds, and the guarantee

The simulator is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe — no subscription, no recurring charges. Refunds and the money-back pass guarantee work exactly as written on the refund policy page, which is part of these terms.

Honest limits of the product

• Readiness scores are estimates built on the published method at /methodology — they are not a promise of any exam outcome beyond the guarantee’s refund terms.
• The service is provided “as is.” We work hard on accuracy — sources, review, a public changelog — but we can’t warrant perfection, and our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us.

Independence

PTCB Ready is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. PTCB® and PTCE® are registered trademarks of their owner, used only to identify the exam. Official certification matters live at ptcb.org.

Ending or suspending access

You can stop using the service any time and ask us to delete your account via the contact form. We may suspend or close accounts that break the fair-use rules above (scraping, reselling, abuse of the free-diagnostic limit); if we ever close a paid account for a reason other than your breach, we refund the purchase.

Changes, severability, and governing law

• If these terms change materially, the date above moves and the change is noted in the changelog. Continued use after a change means you accept it; the version live at your purchase date governs that purchase.
• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as needed to make it valid.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights that your local law grants you and does not allow to be waived.
• These terms, the privacy policy, and the refund policy are the entire agreement between you and PTCB Ready.
