The pass guarantee, in one sentence

Guarantee terms, spelled out

The PTCE Simulator ($49, one-time) carries a money-back pass guarantee. You qualify for a full refund when all of the following are true:

• You completed both paid sim forms (submitted each one at least once) before the date you sat the real PTCE.
• You took the real PTCE and did not pass.
• You claim within 90 days of your purchase via the contact form, including your official PTCB score report (the document Pearson VUE/PTCB issues after your attempt).

That’s the whole test. We verify completion timestamps on your account, confirm the score report, and refund the full $49 to your original payment method. Claims are reviewed by a human within 48 hours of submission.

Ordinary refunds

Not covered by the guarantee (say you bought it and changed your mind)? Write to us via the contact form within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund you — we’d rather return $49 than keep an unhappy customer. Refund requests are approved manually within 48 hours.

What happens after a refund

A refund ends access to the paid simulator forms. Everything free — the practice hub, domain quizzes, math trainer, your diagnostic report, and its permanent link — stays yours.

The fine print, honestly

• One guarantee claim per purchase; the guarantee is not transferable.
• Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, per your bank.
• This policy references only features that exist today. If the product changes, the policy version that was live at your purchase date applies — changes are dated in the changelog.
